Creating a safe space
All in-person appointments will take place in a soothing office environment with fully private therapy rooms, and complimentary beverages and snacks. Bring all your feelings and experiences; they are all welcome and important.
In-person and remote options
My office is located in Palmer Lake, Colorado (1/4 mile from Monument). Can’t make it into the office? No worries – If you’re located anywhere in Colorado, I’ve got you covered with teletherapy.

I help them bring their best self to the game. I help them create new dance moves with their partner, new ways of interacting and connecting with their partner. I help them see their child with new eyes and drop the shame and self-criticism and instead pick up new strategies for loving and supporting their child. I love to see my clients find their way to their goals. Clients bring the courage and work it takes to get there, and I help to illuminate the path - walking alongside - every step of the way.
